When I was 14, I had a big decision to make, spend my savings in a camera or in singing classes, I'm glad I made the decision that let me become a wedding photographer. I've always felt everything a bit too much, and when I started documenting weddings, I knew I found my passion that let me feel everything and be myself. The perfect place to just feel. I'll live the day with the laughs, tears, and love as the rest of your guests.
I specialize in destination weddings for couples who are as hopeful romantics as I am. Using a blend of digital and film photography, I capture moments that you can relive forever and revisit for eternity.

MY PHILOSOPHY
The most important things in life are not things
Life is all about little moments and who you spend them with. Weddings are celebrated in one day, but they are built by a lifetime of connections, moments, and time spent with your loved ones. My work is based on honest emotions, natural moments, and beauty in the details. From a small laugh between brothers to a tear falling from a father's eye, these show the emotions of the moment... but there's a lifetime of a story behind them.
Practicing gratitude changed my life. From being able to wake up, call my parents, have two legs that move me around, to the sunlight touching my skin. Enjoying what I have in the moment, with the people I am in the moment.
When I was in college, I was in first year of Architecture. A teacher approached me and told me he though I was not the right fit for that career. He thought I needed to pursue something more personal and emotional, and he was 100% right. Emotions inspire me, they make me remember I am alive and need to enjoy every moment I can.
My biggest inspiration in life is my niece, Fernanda. She's just 10 years old but I think she's my teacher in life. She's a dancer, actress, and performer. She makes me want to show her that pursuing your dreams is possible and I am doing it with wedding photography. I'm achieving everything I want in life for me, and for her.
The truth is... I am in love with love. My mom always told me family is the most important. And as a family person that I am, she's right. So watching new families get together, start a journey, and celebrate their love means everything to me. I want my couples to show their photos to their kids the way my parents showed me theirs.
What makes me feel at home
The small things in life are the ones that matter the most to me. Going for a drink with my friends, a walk with my mom, a movie with my niece. Being present and feeling the here and now.
I never stop creating even when I'm not photographing or editing. Reading gives me a lot of pleasure and inspiration, writing gives me hope and comfort, running gives me freedom and gratitude.
On your wedding day
You don't just hire a photographer, you hire a service
Every wedding is different, every couple is too. I need to get to know you to understand you and your love so I can show it the most real way possible on your wedding day. The connection between you and your partner is important for me to understand, and also to create a connection between you two and I. For you to trust me and feel comfortable with me around you.
Truth is, I will spend more time with you on your wedding day than most of your family will. Not through interaction necessarily, but I will be around. I want you to be comfortable with my presence or just by the thought that I am somewhere around. Your wedding is your day, hire people that you resonate with. When your wedding is done and your photos are delivered, you will not only remember the quality of the storytelling but also our relationship through all the process.
